Pro AF was founded in 2023 with a clear vision: to raise the standard for exterior repair services in the property management industry. After years of working with contractors who lacked follow-through and transparency, founder Stephen J. Eslich III saw an opportunity to do things differently—better. Today, we’re proud to serve clients across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee—and we’re just getting started.

We’ve proven the model—and now we’re building the systems to expand it. While our team is currently based in Central Ohio, Pro AF has its sights on growing into new regions including Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Nashville. Several of our current clients already manage properties in those areas, creating a natural opportunity for expansion. But we’re not in a rush. Before we grow, we’re investing in training, technology, and leadership so that our commitment to communication and quality never wavers—no matter how large we scale.
Our Process: Fast, Clear, and Hassle-Free
When you submit a work order to Pro AF, we move quickly—often responding within 48 to 72 hours. Small repairs that fall within a property manager’s allowance can be completed immediately. For larger jobs, we provide detailed, visually polished proposals that include clear scope-of-work descriptions and pricing. During every project, we take progress photos and create completion reports to support your records or board presentation. We don’t just fix problems—we help you look good doing it.
Who We Serve
We work almost exclusively with property management companies that oversee condominium associations, HOAs, and apartment complexes. Our clients manage anywhere from five to 9,000+ doors, and we’re proud to be a part of helping them scale. While 95% of our work is business-to-business, we occasionally take on interior projects like kitchen or basement remodels when referred by a property manager. That said, our focus remains on exterior repair and maintenance for communities that require consistent, high-quality support.
